Brief  Introduction  to  ICC
　

 Instrumentation and Control Company of WISCO Engineering & Technology Group CO.,LTD.(abbr. ICC) was founded in 1958. It is located in the Qingshan District of Wuhan, between the south bank of the Changjiang River and the East Lake, where talents, knowledge and technology are highly concentrated. ICC has more than 1400 staff, among which 400 have got professional certificates. As a first-class metrological unit of state, ICC was awarded ISO9000 and ISO10012-1 Quality System Certificates of Approval in November 1994 by France BVQI and China CSQA. It operates in accordance with the international standards. ICC owns more than 90000 sets of advanced metallurgical equipment and 60 sets of computer integrated control system, including metrology, measurement and control devices or equipments. It has 1300 million Yuan of fixed assets.

Under the circumstance of modern market economy, ICC tends to build the initiative and motivate creativity  of its talents, and regard “Endless Pursuit of  the way of science” as its ideal. Through the establishment of modern enterprise system and the actualization of management innovation , ICC has formed the ability of R&D in high-tech. In the past ten years, ICC has developed more than 60 kinds of high-tech products to put into the market with better economic effects. More than 10 outputs such as TS series compound probes, fiber-optic gas holder meter, the test system of steel liquid  have replaced the imported products and  filled in the blank of these fields of our country. Some have got state patent  or invention awards in china or overseas. Some have been listed into the “Spark Project”. ICC can carry on designing, building , installing and debugging  in the fields of industrial automation apparatus. Besides these,   integrated control system  and software programming in metallurgy field  is first-class among the same business  in China. ICC is also the general agency of Honeywell (U.S.A), Siemens (Germany) and other foreign companies within the products of industrial integrated control system in Wuhan.

ICC has been making great effort to cultivate new economy growing point and has been exploring the market. It not only services for the main body of WISCO which produces iron and steel, but also is entitled to manage and operate six corporations which can run and evaluate independently, including Wuhan Huafeng Sensor Device Co., WISCO Automation Instrument Company, WISCO ICP Energy-saving Company, WISCO IMS Technology Service Center and WISCO Jikong Repair Plant. The six subordinates form the “non-steel” industry of ICC whose service fields range from the manufacture and marketing of the instrumentation, control, test special apparatus and water-saving, electricity-saving appliance, research and development of hardware and software to technology service of the radioactive isotope instrument. The high-tech products are being sold to Hubei, Guangdong, Fujian, Shanxi, Beijing, Neimenggu, Shanghai etc. The sales revenue of non-steel industry is about 50 million Yuan.
