On 3rd,March,in the Beijing conference center, Liu Qi,secretary of Beijing municipal party committe, and Guo Jinlong, mayor of Beijing, met WISCO'S delegation led by Deng Qilin,WISCO's general president.

　　Liu,who once was WISCO's general president, couldn't hide his pleasure of meeting Deng and expressed his keen concern for WISCO's current development. He asked a series of questions, from WISCO's present productivity to its future development, from its strategic restructuring to its "middle-west-south" overall planning.
